his soule to God & his body to Christian buriall;   
It: he left as Legacy to his wife a young hei=
fer wth all ye fflax & hemp yt was in his 
house;   Itm: he left to his stepdaughter Jaine 
Oates her choise of ye two cowes wch was coming
to her by ye death of her father, & if she woud 
not be pleased wth ye cow, yt she should get two 
shilling as boote wth ye cow if she thought ye 
cow two little;   Itm: he constitued & ordained
