The last will and testamt: of Margt Cowley als 
Killey being weak in body but of sound and pfect me-
mory in manner and form following.   first she com-
mitted her soul into ye hands of Almighty God, and her bo-
dy to Christian buriall;   It: She left half a firlet of oat 
meal to be distributed upon ye poor,  It: She left her half 
of an ox and her half of a horse unto eldest son Thomas 
Cowley as a Legacy,   It: She left her pte of ye crop of corn 
and husbandry gears belonging to ye working of ye 
farm and a colt unto him in like manner,   It: She left 
her half of an heffer unto her husband as a Legacy;   
It: She left her share of linnen yarn yt was in ye house 
unto her sd husband and daughtr: Margery in like manner
It: She left unto her sd daughtr: Margery four yards of cloth 
for a petty coat in like manner;  It: She left unto her sd: 
daughtr: Margery and her daughtr: Margt:  a kerchiff a piece;   
Itt: She left her choice suit of close unto her daughter Margt:  
It: She constituted and appointed her daughter Margt overseer 
over her youngest child, and likewise her daughter Margt: 
Margery, and her son John her lawfull Execrs: of all 
her goods moveable and immovable in presence of
