In ye name of God Amen I Wm Creer being sick in
body but of pfect memory do make this my last will & testament in form
& manner following     First I bequeath my soull
to God, & my body to Christian burial:  It. I leave
ye poor to be considered of according to my Exets -
discretion;  It. I leave to my son Wm Creer a
[blot] a young colt & a horse;  It. I leave him
likewise, a new fledge? & all my furnished feather
bed, yt my self lyes on;  It. I leave ye sd Wm a little
chest.  It. I leave to my son Jo: Creer my rideing
horse also a heifer I bought fro? himself I [blot]
leave him likewise;  It. I leave him a new
blanket wth four shillings of money; It. I leave
my three grandchildren, Pattk Margtt & Catherin
Creer 3 ewes to be between ym equally, It. I
leave to my Daught.in law Ann Creer a head=
hancherchief, & another hancherchief, It. I leave
to to Ann Claque a heifer it is in her own keeping
& also a horse yt is in her keeping likewise;  It. I
leave to ye Ministers a mutton.  It. I leave to Pattk
Creer 2 ewes.  It. I leave to my son Wm all ye rest
of my sheep.  It. I leave to my son John Creer my
pt of ye crop of corn, also an oxe;  It. I constitute &
ordaine my two sons Christophr Creer & Wm Creer
my true & lawful execs of all ye rest of my goods
movable & unmovable wtever, and they both to -
make an equal division of it between ym.

Note- also I leave to my son Jo Creer
my bed shapes  Apparell being
a coat a doublet & a pair of                        Wm Creer my mk x
bretches. Also I leave him a couple            The exrs at age are sworn
of sheep.                                                      in Court according to Law
