intack known as Christian's Close being two daymoth of hay adj to said Robert Killip annual rent 8d wch land we got in portion from our father William Callister;

Andreas This is affirmed to be ye last will of James Ratcliffe buryed ye 11th of Decembr: 1689 ffirst he comended his soul to God & body to Xtian buryall Itm: he left to his three children vizt: Jon: Thomas & Ellin all his part of[dark] the goods that fell to him by Thomas Kindreds death, after the debts would be discharged out of ye same to witt, Kindreds debts, and left to his son in law John Callister his pt of a cow, of the potts, & sivs & weights there and he to pay[dark] the legasy made to Kindreds wife Itm: to his daughter in law Jane Tear betwixt herself & daughter a sheep legasy Itm: to his son John the Land called the Reast wch he had in mortgage from Jon Kneal[dark] to work on the half for this year, and afterwards to have a quarter of it---[dark] Itm: to ye wittnesses 6d apeice and to Mary Brew a pound of wool legacy. & lastly constituted his loveing wife Ellin Kinread & his son Tho: Rattliffe sole execrs: of all the rest of his goods moveable and imoveable.
