Summary: wife Margaret xxxx is alive, only son Thomas Killey, uncle Nicholas Killey, sister Marriad Cotteen (married to xxxx ?Cowle), brother in law James Christian 
(Did he marry a half sister of James Killey OR is he the brother of James Killey's wife (less likely)?, witnesses & pledges: Gilbert Brew & William Scarff.
Will of father: ArW 1677A #042 Lonan will of Oates Killey, buried 19 January 1677/8: wife [Ann Killey alias Cotteen alias Corrin] is not mentioned [ArW 1675A 
#040 Lonan], son James Killey (His names is also recorded as 'James Oates', that is, James the son of Oates, a not uncommon patronymic used on the Isle of Man 
to differentiate people with the same names). 
Will of mother: ArW 1675A #040 Lonan will of Ann Killey alias Cotteen alias Corrin, died 29 December 1675: [1st husband xxxx Cotteen], 2nd husband Oates Killey 
[died 1677/8, ArW 1677A #042 Lonan), son Thomas Cotteen, eldest dau Ann Cotteen, dau Marriott Cotteen, daus Margaret & Ellin Cotteen, son James Killey.

[KK Lonan?] Feb’ry ye 20th 1690 In ye name of God Amen, this affirmeth to be ye Last [Will & Testament] Of James Killy who first comitted his Soule to God [and his body to a] Xtian burial. In Legacy he left to Gilbert B[rew?] …… Itt to W’m: Skarff six pence. Itt six pence apiece to [^]…. […les?] Nicholas Killey. Itt to his wife Margt X[tian] …. and lastly all ye rest of goods to his onely Son Thos: ….[pro-] under age [-vided] y’t if ye sd child Die ^ y’t [yn?] and in ye case …. [be-] -queathed twenty shill: to his Sister [(….)?] Mariott [Con…..?] … Cotten, so likewise ye rest of ye above sd child’s goods (if [God?] …. [him?] underage) to be at his wife’s disposing during her nat[ural] life & y:n after her death to be left to his mothers relations. Not forgetting ye poor he left to y’m half a forlett of cor[n] & a sheep. [Again?] 2 shill 6d 10ch was due to him from his Broth[er] in law James Xtian w’ch he left him in Legacy. All ye rest of his goods [he] left to his above sd Son Tho’s Killey constituting & apoi[nt] -ing him full & lawfull Execut’r of ye above sd.
