son John; also: John Leece & son entered a claim for 20s, witnesses: Henry Crellin & John Corlett & Philip Clucas; pledges: John Gell & John Clucas.

German This is affirmed to be ye last will & testamt of John Clucas who depted this life ye 13th of January 1689, being in perfect memory at the making thereof. first he committed his soule to God & his body to Christian buriall; Itm: he left to his sister Ellin twenty two shillings which were in the hands of Charles Shimin Itm: he left to his sisters daughter 6 or 7 yards of raw cloath wch were in Tho: Kenaughs house Itm: he left to his sd: sisters daughter a little chest in Willm: Quailes house yt he had paid for and two sheep with 2 quarts of wooll yt was in a sack in Cesar Watleworths home; Itm: he left to Philip his brother 23s, yt were in Tho: Radcliffe hands of Knockaloe, & 10s yt was in Philip Quilliams hands of ye Milne, & if he would not collect them, then his Executr: was to take it; Itm: He declared yt there was due to him about 24s from widow Shimin eight shill: from Robt Xtian and six shill: from John Kelly ballabeg, wch he left to his Execr: Itm: he left to every of his nearest relation 6d legasie.
