Leizayre 1689 The last will and Testament of Margrett Caisment who departed this life about ye 1th of August last as followeth: Inprimis She committed her soule to God and her bodie to Christian buriall &c Item shee bequeathed to her son Thomas Curlett her part of ye Cloase, to which her husband John Curlett gave consent to give him his part also after his death, provided that he should haveye whole of ye sd Cloase dureing his life; Item she bequeathed that if ye sd Thomas should sett or sell ye sd Cloase, then he should give unto his brother John Curlett thirty shillings Item shee bequeathed to her daughter Margrett Curlett a chist a woollen wheel and a flax wheel; lastly she constituted and appoint =ed her children John and Margrett Curlett joynt Executors of all ye rest of her goods moveable and immoveable Item she bequeathed to her grandcild Marjory Cally a shilling witnesses John Kermott} The Exrs: at age and sworn in John Killip } jurat: Court in form of Law pbatum est et solvit xijd The Inventory and pledges at next Court sub paena xs [10s] wch amounts to ............................ 00£ - 11s - 6d according to a loose paper given by Mr Ro: Parr, & priced by four sworn men
