When Arthur's wife died, Thomas Quayle delivered to the wife's executor (her brothr John Kermeen) the Inventory in his hands, and when John Kermeen died, Thomas 
stepped back in as supervisor; brother: William Kermeen senior & son William, & his 3 youngest & underage [less than 14 years old, all of age by July 1703] children 
are executors: son John & dau Elizabeth / Bessy & dau Catharine are executors: all are of age in 1703; brother in law: John Callow Balneskegg [his wife is Jane Kermeen

KK Maughold ye 27th day of November 1689 The last will and testament of Jane Callow being in perfect sence and memory committed her soul to God and her body to the earth who departed This life the 19th day of Octtober in ye yeare Anno 1689 1ly She left to her elder sonn William Callow her half of the croop of corn & of the teame of oxen & of all metterialls belonging to husbandry She left him alsoe twenty shillings in silver and her laf of the cobort & John Callow her husband has assented to hers, to give him his half of the cobert also 2ly She bequeath to her husband Jh: Callow her half of the black horse as Legacie She bequeath to her daughter Jane Callow thirty shillings as a gift, And Then did apoaint and ordaine, her saide daughter Jane Callow, and her three sonns Edward & Jhn: & Robt Callow, to be equaill executors, of all the resedue of her goods moveable and unmoveable whattsoever wittnesses thereof John Kermeen jurat Elizabath Quay mort: Jon: Kermeen hath only sworn to this will, the other being dead, and the goods being left to the children, and noe opposition made the same is accepted of, and the father is sworn to be Supvisor over the children, and to bringe in a pfect Inventory pbatum est et solvit 1s The Inventory and pledges at next Court sub paena xs [20s] [next page] KK Maughold ye 17th day of May 1690 The Inventory of the goods of Jane Callow of BalnaSkeig prixed by 4 sworne men viz Cristifer Christian, John Quay William Corkell, William Christian And has found it to be the whole sume and grossome of eighteen pounds and eight shilling: due to the executers, which is in there fathers hands John Callow To be paide to them from him, when at age notte That there is twentey shillings of the elders sonn Willim Callow in his fathers hands to be paid to him which was left him by his mother in Legacey notte That there is thurty shillings of ---- Janne Callow there daughter in the keeping of her father to be paid to her from him which was left to her by her mother besides her share of the exeuctrixsp: notte that This twentey shillings of William & Janne, thurtey shill: is not to be taken out of the Inventory for that moneys is in there fathers hands besids the eightteen pounds & eight shillings that is above somed pledges according to law Jo: Kermeen & Last court Philip Coleash
