Archdeacon Will 1689A #072 Braddan will of William Cashen, proved June 1690: 
Summary:  wife is alive, son William (of age), son Philip (of age), son Gilbert (of age by 1697), 
dau Margaret (the eldest, of age); witnesses: Robert Cowin & Thomas Fargher, also: Thomas Cashen.  
?Son: Braddan parish register: Gilbert Cashin, Renscault, buried  3 September 1738.
?Son: Braddan parish register: Gilbert Cashin  married Margaret Corkan on 16 October 1708.

This is affirmed to be the last will & test-----[dark]    
who departed this life about the 10th of ff-----[dark]    
ffirst he bequeathed his soule to God, & his body to -----[dark]    
Itm: he left to his son Wm Cashin his pt of ye crop -----[dark]    
his pt of ye plow, & harrows, & hs pte of all ye rest of the -----[dark]    
-bandry geares, he left him also his choise of ye 2 you-----[dark]    
bullocks yt did belong to ye plow,  Itm: he left to him besides 
a barrell;  Item he left ot him a sheep.  It: he left to his wife 2 sheep as legacye
It: he constitued & ordained his 3 children, Philip, Gilbert 
& Margtt Casshin his true & lawfull executors of all 
ye rest of ye goods movable & unmovable wt:ever

         Tho: Cashin enters his claime agt ye exec: 
         of Wm Cashin for 10s due for ye hire of an oxe for 
         five years, as will be made to appear & craveth 
         ye Law 

August 6th 1697  Gilbt Cashen one of the above Execr: being -----[dark]    
Lawfull age doth hereby acknowledge to have received from the -----[dark]    
of his mother ye full of all that was due to him by the death of -----[dark]    
-ther and doth acquit and discharge all psons concerned -----[dark]
