Archdeacon Will 1689A #088 Arbory will of Thomas Coole / Quooil, died April 1690: 
Summary: apparently not married, brother Thomas (has sons), nephew Patrick Quooil / Coole, brother William junior, also a dead brother, also: Dickey Quay & William 
Caine, Philip Kelly, John Kelly, John Fargher in KK Patrick, witnesses: John Moore & Robert Keig.

Coole the elder (sick at the time of the will's proving), son William Coole the younger (of age), sons Thomas & Philip & Patrick, sister Margaret, sister Ann, 
Catharine Coole, Catharine Coole, Margaret Caine, brother / supervisor Thomas Coole.

The last will and Testamt: of Thomas Quooill who departed this life about    March April last made this 
his last will, being then in perfect memory praised God for the same;  Imprs: he committed his soule to God 
and his body to X?ian burriall;   Item he left to each of his brothers sons 4s apiece legacy;  Ittm: he lefte 
foure shillings of the eleven that was in his brothers Thomas hands to the heir of the ffarm;   Ittm: he de=
clard twenty shillings due to him from John Ffargher in the parish of KK Patrick;  Ittm: he declared 
ten shillings due from his brother Thomas Quooill;  Ittm: he declard 1s betwixt Dickey Quay 
and Willm: Cain due from them both;   Ittm: he declared five shillings due from John Kelly;   
Ittmm: he declard 1s due from Philip Kelly;   Ittm: he declard that he left som linnen cloath 
with his brothers execr and never received any part of it;   Ittm: he constituted appointed and 
ordained his nephew Patrick Quooill (in regard he ---are of him in his sickness) ---- true 
and lawfull exec of all the rest of his goods moveable & immoveable   Ittm: he left to his brothr:

				The executr: is sworne in Court
