Archdeacon Will 1689A #120 Jurby will of Edward Skeally, died 18 December 1689: 
Summary: wife xxxx [?Margaret] Corkill is alive, children (?all underage), witnesses & pledges: Dollin Teare & William Clark, 
also: John Skeally is dead & had a child whose legacy was in Edward's hands.
Jurby parish register: Edw Skelley buried 16 December 1689. 
?wife:  Jurby parish register: Margt Scaly als Corkill buried 26 April 1724.
?see: 1667 Liber Vastarum, Maughold parish: Edward Corkill had a parcell of intack belonging to Ballure, for 12d rent, and in 1667, 
William Costeen had possession of it and paid the rent.
?see: 1684 Liber Vastarum, Maughold parish: Edward Corkill had a parcel of land in Ballure treen of 20 1/4d rent, & in 1684, Edward Callow 
was entered for it by sale of the land from Edward Corkill's daughter & her husband Edward Skeally (deed p.564, Loughkernay).

son in law Edward Corkill, dau Margaret (has a promised portion, ?married Edward Corkill), youngest dau underage, witnesses: Thomas Cowin & Philip 
Cowin & Joney Cowin, pledges: Thomas Cowin & Philip Brew   
?see 1666 Composition Book, Lonan parish: Land last compounded for 4s 6d, by Edward Corkill fine for a term or 21 years, & sold to Duncan Costeen, and 
his son William Costeen had it by bargain on contract, & William was to pay consideration money for half the land to the executors of Duncan Costeen.
?see 1660 Liber Vastarum, Maughold parish: Ramsey, Edward Corkill had rent on a parcel for 4d, but 
the ground was now overflowed by the sea and cannot be made use of, so the rent was stopped.
