This day being the first of Decembr: Anno 1693 Nelly Dougherty being 
at lawfull years came and acknowledged to have received the summe 
of 30s from the hands of the above Executors Dollin Dougherty 
and Averick Dougherty being the pporcon of goods left to her by her ffather 
as appears in the above will, and thereofre she acquits and dis-
chargeth the said Executors of this sd summ: witness her subscripcon
this day & year above written :  She has received also the blackas that left her in ---
				   Nelly Daugherty her mark X 	       will

Note that the 20s of the money in the Meddow is to be pd her at the redemption ther----
according to the will.

Henry Macylvorrey in behalf of his wife Nelly Doughertie 
came this Day to the Records and doth acknowledge to have re-
ceived from the hand of his brothe in law Dollin Dougherny the 
20s left to the sd Ellin out of the Mortgage in Jon: Cammaish's 
his Meadow, and doth acquit and discharge the sd Dollin 
Doughertie his heirs Exrs: Administr: and Assignes for the same 
witness his subscripcon this day & year above wirtten
