Bahie (of age, died before probate occurred), son William (underage, by 2nd wife), dau Isabel (underage, by 2nd wife), supervisors: brother John Kelly, brother in 
law (wife's brother) John Casement, & brother in law (brother in law of wife Ann Casement) William Martin, witnesses: John Lace & Mark Curry & Sir Philip Crenilt 
minister, pledges: Daniel / Donold Kermeen & John Kermeen, also: William Cannel entered a claim for land of 3d ob rent wrongfully detained from him.
See 1657 Liber Vastarum, Andreas parish: Mallooney Teare & Edmund Kelly jointly rented Intack of 6d rent, & both were now dead, & Isabel Kelly sole child of Edmund 
was entered for Edmund's part, & John Lace was executor of [deceased William Teare the son of] deceased Mallooney Teare, & Isabel Kelly and John Lace were now 
married together. Also, Intack of 3d rent was owned jointly by [deceased] William Teare the son of [deceased] Mallooney Teare & [deceased] Edmund Kelly, but now 
Isabel Kelly & John Lace were entered as above. Also, Intack for 2s, and for 4d, and for 2s, and for 10d, and for 12d, and for 2d, had all belonged to [deceased] 
Edmund Kelly, and now fell to his dau Isabel Kelly & her husband John Lace.  Also, [deceased] Edmund Kelly had an Intack of 12d rent, which Isabel Kelly & John Lace 
sold to John Cottier. Also: [deceased] Edmund Kelly & [deceased] Mallooney Teare had a piece of Intack for 11 1/2d rent, that was now entered for Isabel Kelly & her 
husband John Lace. Also: [deceased] Edmund Kelly & John Kinry had Intack of 1d rent, and because Edmund married John Kinry's daughter, the land fell solely to him 
when John died, and now it had fallen to Edmund's dau Isabel Kelly & her husband John Lace.

1657 Liber Vastarum, Andreas] father xxxx Teare is alive, brother xxxx, sister xxxx, Mallooney bought looms etc from William Sayle & John Kinry, 
witnesses: Henry / Harry Cowley & Catharine Gawne.
