Lezayre This is affirmed to be ye last will & testament of Hugh Kissage who departed this life ye 17th of December last 1699; Ffirst he committed his soul to God, & his body to Christian buriall; Itm: he bequeathed to his daughter Jane & Christian Kissage a ----[torn] and two sheep betwixe them Itm: he bequeathed to his said daughtr Jane a smale chest Itm: he bequeathe to his nephew Ewan Kissage one sheep, & six pence Legasie Itm: he bequeathed to Willm Kissage a hatt & six pence legasie Itm: he left yt Nicolas Stevenson owed him foure shills: wch he was to give him for ye grassing of three horses from Lammas to All hallow tide Itm: he left yt Patt McKee owed five shills ten pence of ye Croft rent Itm: he acknowledged that he owed seaven shills: unto Paul Crowe & that the said Paul had a sheep & two lambe f his & that he should take ye sd sheep & lambs in three shillings price or to restore them and to be paid the seaven shills: Itm: he left to Mr Parr a lamb & to be paid at May next Itm: he bequeathed to his daughter Allice the houses & Croft after her mothers decease wch ye mother consented unto Lastly he constituted & apointed his wife, his daughter Mally &Allice Kisage joint Executers of all the rest of his goods moveable or unmoveable whatsoever.
