This is affirmed by the subscribing
Witnesses to be the last will and testament of
John Kinrade of Marown he being in the 
opinion of the Witnesses of sound mind &
disposing memory at the time he uttered
& dictated the same

Itm He committed his soul to God & Body
to a christian burial

Itm. He left & bequeathed unto his three sons
John, James & Thos the sum of one shilling
British Each & every of them

Lastly he nominated & appointed his Daugh-
ter Ann Kinrade whole & sole Executrix of
of this his last will & Testament & residuary
legatee of all the rest of his effects movable
& immovable being of what name & nature -
soever
