The last will and testament of Mary Woods als. Cubbon widdow of the Parish of KK Christ Rushen who being wake in Body but of Sound Disposing Mind and Perfect Memmory at the making hereof on the 14th Day of April 1809---------------------------- [?]st She Committed her Soul to God who gave it and her Body to Christian Burial [?]tly She kept and bequathed unto her Eldest son John Woods a Crown She Left and bequeathe d unto her Daughter in Law Margret Wood a Striped peteycoat She left unto her Daughter Margret Presun als. Woods a Crown a blue gown and a green petteycoat She left unto her Daughter in Law Easter Woods als. Waterson a black petteycoat and a Cotton bedgown She left unto her Daughter Joney Gawn als. Woods the Sum of Three Guineas a Bed and bed all Cloths and ^ her Cloths but What She had left in the other legaceys. Lastly She nominated Constituted and apointed her Youngest Son Richar Woods to be the Whole and Sole Exercutor of all the rest of her goods moveable and Immoveable of what kind or nature So ever Depriveing all Other Relations With Six pence legaceys that Claim any Right in her effects [W]itnesses present at the making hearof Jane Crelling als.
