             I Mary Fitzgerald alias Kayle Wife of Anthony
             Fitzgerald of the Town of Douglas being of
             Sound mind and Disposing Memory at the Making
             Hereof Do make my Last Will and Testament
             in Manner following
First      I Commit and Commend my Soul to God and my
             Body to Christian Burial
                                                  and Effects
             I Leave and Bequeath my Part of my Goods ^ to
             my Children to be Possessed by them at the Death
             of My Husband Anthony Fitzgerald who is to have
             the use of said Goods During his Natural life
             time
Lastly   I nominate Constitute and Appoint my said
             Husband Anthony Fitzgerald whole and sole
             Executor of this my last will and Testament this
             19th day of August 1820

             The execor is sworn in Court in Form
             of Law and hath given pledges for
             the payment of Debts and Legacies
             namely John Fitzgerald and John
             Caine both of Douglas.
