WHEREAS the Ecclesiastical Court of this Diocese hath this day granted Administration of all
and singular the goods and effects of William Kinrade
                   deceased, to John Kinrade

AND WHEREAS Daniel Corlett of Ravensdale
In the Parish of Ballaugh and Thomas Kinrade
of Ballafageen in the Parish of Michael have agreed 
to become pledges for the said John Kinrade for the due administration
of the said Estate according to law.
Therefore know all men by these Presents, that we, Daniel Corlett 
                                               and Thomas Kinrade hereby bind and oblige
ourselves and our Executors and Administrators, as pledges for the said John Kinrade
                                               for the due and faithful administration of the goods and
effects of the said deceased according to law.  And in his default we bind ourselves and our Executors
and Administrators to be answerable to all parties interested in the said Estate or the Administration thereof.
Witness our subscription this 20th day of Decr 1860

                 The humble petition of John
                 Kinrade of the Parish of
                 Ballaugh

Sheweth
That William Kinrade who was 
son of your petitioner departed this
life at Liverpool on the County
Palatine of Lancaster on or about
the 03th day of November last
intestate & Bachelor

   That it is necessary that some 
proper person be appointed and
sworn to administer to the Deceaseds
Estate.

      Your petitioner therfore humbly
      prays that before Petition
      let the next of kin of the 
      Deceased be appointed and
      sworn to administer his
      Estate according to Law
      and he shall pray &c.

Ordered that this petiton do come on to he heard before me
at an Ecel Court to be held in KK Micl on Thursday the 20th
Inst  at 10 O clock.  Whereof all proper parties and persons are
to have notice.

Upon hearing this petition in the presence of the
parties or their Advocates and it appearing that
William Kinrade some short time ago departed
this life Intestate and a Bachelor having
the petitioner his father him surviving who
is therefore decreed sole administrator of all 
and singular the Goods, Rights Credits Chattels
and Effects of Sd. dec d. And is therefore sworn
well and truly to administer the Estate and
Effects of Sd. Dec.d according to Law to
pay all just debts and funeral expenses
of the dec d so far forth as his goods will
extend and the law bind him to return a true
and faithful Inventory thereof with an 
accurate account of his acts and proceedings
in the premissesto the Episcopal Registry 
when herewithto Lawfully required and to these
ends he hath given pleadge namely Daniel
Corlett of Ravensdale in the parish of
Ballaugh and Thomas Kinreade of Ballafageen
in the parish of Michael who have entered into 
and executed the usual Bond in presence of
the Court.
