The humble petition of Ether
Caley of the Parish of Ballaugh
Widower

Sheweth
        That Ann Hunter late
of the parish of Ballaugh widow departed
this life in the 26th day of the month of February 1873,
Intestate but prior to her death to
wit on the 16th day of Novemeber 1871 the
said Ann Hunter made and duly
executed a final Deed conveying all
her rela and personal Estate to Thomas
Caley of the parish of Ballaugh your
Petitioners late husband.

That your petitioners said husband
departed this life some years without
realiying the whole of the said Ann
Hunter's personal Estate and the
heir at law of the said Thomas Caley
is now in America and it has
become necessary to record and
Call in an out standing Asset of
the said Ann Hunter's Estate in order
to finally wind up the same -
That the only next of kin of the
said Ann Hunter in the Island

are William Hunter of Ballaugh
and Lewis Hunter of Douglas
That petitioner is the Executrix of
the Estate & Will of the said Thomas
Caley and now asks to have
Administration of the Estate of the
said Ann Hunter granted to his
son, William Henry Caley So that
the out standing asset may be
called in and the funds in his
hands distributed to the estate
qui trusts named in the first
Deed of the said Ann Hunter'
Wherefore the petitioner prays
that administration of the
said Ann Hunters personal
Estate may be granted to the
said William H Caley or to
Petitioner or to William Teare
Postmaster Ballaugh or to some
other fit person which may
consent to and she will pray

Ordered that this petition do come on
to be heard at a court the be held
at Peel on Monday next the 25th
day of January 1886 at 10 O'clock
a.m. Muse of all proper parties
and persons are to have due notice

the payment whereof well and truly to be made to our said Lady Queen, her 
heirs and sucessors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and severally and any two
of us jointly, our Executors and Administrators, firmly by these Presents.  As wit-
ness of our subscriptions the 25th day of September in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Six.
